Wiser Than Me x Seinfeld Social Collab
TVGla has partnered with Sony Pictures Entertainment since 2019 to manage Seinfeld's social channels. The goal is to attract and retain viewers of the show across streaming platforms and syndication, while demonstrating its ongoing relevance.
Our challenge is to keep this ‘90s sitcom fresh for fans who span generations — some of whom have seen every episode 20 times, and some of whom have never seen a single episode.
We saw a perfect opportunity to present something different and bring in new fans with Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ podcast, “Wiser Than Me.”
In June 2026, we created a video featuring a story Julia told on her podcast about hiding her pregnancies while filming the show. We paired the podcast audio with stills and clips pulled from the episodes she referenced to create a bite-sized docu-style video post.
To add even more richness to the piece, we reached out to Stephanie Kennedy, Seinfeld’s costume supervisor, to get her perspective. She recorded commentary just for us, adding some behind-the-scenes insights that fans could only hear on the Seinfeld social channels.
The result was an intriguing behind-the-scenes look at the filming of Seinfeld straight from the sources who actually lived it — from Stephanie’s POV as costume supervisor and from Julia’s POV as the actor wearing the costumes.
We posted organically in collaboration with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Lemonada Media, and Stephanie Kennedy, which widened our reach among fans of their channels.
Our fans love behind-the-scenes content, and this was no exception.

This wasn’t the first time we created content using audio from “Wiser Than Me.” In 2025, we posted two similar pieces that both went viral.
We knew this would resonate with our fans, because in the seven years we’ve managed Seinfeld’s channels, we’ve gotten to know them well. Seinfeld fans’ love of the show, and everything about it, runs deep, and they devour behind-the-scenes content. We love rewarding their loyalty by giving them something completely new and unexpected about a classic, beloved show.
